Role Description

You'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefits, answering questions, and providing professional support throughout the enrollment process.

• Support Clients Virtually
  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Listen to each client's needs and priorities
  • Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly and professionally
  • Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment
  • Provide ongoing service and support after enrollment
• Build Lasting Relationships
  • Deliver a professional, positive client experience
  • Build trust through active listening and thoughtful communication
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients
  • Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and service requests
  • Develop long-term relationships with individuals and families

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, client relations, call centers, military service, or sales can transfer well to this opportunity

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology
