Role Description

This position combines Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Relations, and Sales Assistance responsibilities. You will help customers understand available solutions, provide exceptional service, and build long-term relationships while developing valuable professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and virtual meetings
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customer retention and account growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
• Participate in training and professional development programs
• Contribute to team goals and business growth

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent Spanish required
• English is a plus but not required
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, administrative, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Goal-oriented and motivated to grow professionally
• CRM experience is a plus
