Key Objectives

• Manage and respond promptly to incoming emails with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide clear, helpful, and courteous communication to clients and internal teams.
• Support customer service and operational teams by routing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain organized records of correspondence and follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to high volumes of email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Draft, proofread, and send clear, concise, and grammatically correct email responses.
• Identify and prioritize urgent or complex emails and escalate accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.

Qualifications
