Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Disputes Agent to handle customer complaints, chargebacks, and refund requests. The ideal candidate is experienced in e-commerce customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can resolve disputes professionally while protecting the company’s interests.

• Manage and resolve customer disputes, complaints, and refund requests
• Handle chargebacks and payment-related issues using tools like Shopify and Zendesk
• Investigate order issues, transaction discrepancies, and customer claims
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to resolve conflicts
• Collaborate with the support team on escalated issues
• Maintain accurate records of disputes and resolutions
• Provide feedback to improve processes and reduce future disputes

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
• Proven experience in customer service and e-commerce support (required)
• Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, and other support tools (required)
• Experience managing disputes, refunds, or chargebacks
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Familiarity with Slack or other team communication platforms
• Ability to work consistently 6-7 days a week
