Role Description

E-Commerce Customer Support/Service experts

• You will be helping our clients with their multiple e-commerce needs.
• Location: You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is virtual.
• Pay: This is a paid role. The salary is to be discussed if you qualify (potential to earn up to $24,000 a year).
• Hours: We’re looking for at least 20+ hours per week; ideally full-time (eastern daytime hours).
• You’d be helping in the implementation of different E-commerce Customer Support/Service needs and improving systems enabling them to properly grow their businesses.
• We are accepting applications for qualified ECommerce Customer Support/Service experts to join on our Journey towards growing VirtDrop’s Pool of E-commerce experts and matching them with ideal E-commerce business owners in order to help businesses grow.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce Customer Support/Service.
• You are familiar with different areas of customer support such as chat, email, and phone support.
• Experience using tools such as ZenDesk, Mail, Outlook, and CRM.
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify stores.
• Perfect English with minimal to no accent.
• Stellar English comprehension skills.
• Perfect grammar and language usage.
• Confident and proactive.
• Organizational skills are a must.
• Not required, but a plus: Online Store management, Logistics support, Online marketing, Listing optimization, Digital design.
