• Provide world-class customer support via chat, email, and phone for a leading video streaming platform.
• Assist users with technical troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and account management related to their streaming experience.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient resolutions.
• Stay updated on the latest platform features, content releases, and technical developments within the streaming industry.
• Identify recurring technical issues and escalate them to internal teams to ensure a seamless viewing experience for our global audience.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols while protecting sensitive user data.
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain the high service standards expected in Dutch-speaking jobs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred, ideally within the streaming or tech sector.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with modern smart TV and mobile streaming applications.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and resolve complex user issues with empathy.
• A passion for entertainment and providing stellar service within the streaming platforms industry.
