Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant to support Booking.com while enjoying the flexibility of remote work from sunny Greece! In this role, you will use your travel knowledge and communication skills to assist Dutch-speaking clients in navigating their travel plans and bookings efficiently.

• Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via various channels, providing assistance with travel-related inquiries and bookings associated with Booking.com.
• Deliver comprehensive information about accommodations, travel packages, and destination highlights.
• Create customized travel solutions that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Stay updated on Booking.com products, travel trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
• A strong passion for travel and a comprehensive knowledge of various global destinations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Proficient in resolving client issues efficiently and with care.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
