• Manage client communication professionally in Dutch to resolve complex transportation and supply chain-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the transportation management systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery across European transit networks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot transportation delays or service discrepancies to uphold company service level agreements.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all transportation-related customer touchpoints reflect our premium service standards.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to track shipments and provide accurate, real-time updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Prior experience in the transportation, logistics, or customer service sectors is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical transportation information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude for digital CRM and logistics software.
• Availability for remote work based in Greece.
