• Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding their travel reservations and tourism inquiries.
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with a focus on delivering excellence in the tourism sector.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Booking.com, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every traveler.
• Solve complex scheduling issues and provide expert travel advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions within the reservation management system.
• Collaborate with international team members to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend additional tourism services to valued clients.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the tourism industry is a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping travelers navigate their journeys.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
