Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within our international team.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the energy or utility sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex energy billing systems with ease.
