Role Description

This position is perfect for those who have a passion for travel and a knack for providing outstanding customer support. As a member of our team, you will engage Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries and ensuring they have an enriching experience.

• Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to tourism products and services.
• Provide detailed information about travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers in planning their trips, making reservations, and providing support during their journeys.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and service improvement purposes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about tourism trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong dedication to customer service and a passion for the tourism industry.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in tourism or hospitality, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work effectively in a remote environment.
• A proactive and friendly attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• An enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.
• Must hold an EU passport.
