Role Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative with our Client in the Travel & Hospitality industry. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, hospitality services, and customer experiences.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you guide clients through the booking process, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have memorable travel experiences while fostering strong relationships with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries
• Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely follow-up
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our services
• Stay informed about travel trends and our range of hospitality offerings

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus with problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and a desire to assist customers in creating fantastic experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
