Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Dutch Speaking Customer Care Representatives to join a leading Home Appliances Company based in Greece. This role offers the opportunity to provide top-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients while enjoying life in Greece. • Provide excellent customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat services.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty claims related to home appliances.
• Collaborate with technical and logistics departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system.
• Identify common customer issues and communicate feedback to relevant teams to improve products and services.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer informed support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is advantageous.
• Experience in customer care, preferably within the home appliances or manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge related to home appliances is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
