• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch across various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with order inquiries, returns, refunds, and account management related to e-commerce transactions.
• Work closely with internal teams such as logistics and sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Identify common challenges customers face and provide feedback to improve the customer experience and platform functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within e-commerce, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
