Role Description

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking - Customer Care Agent For Eneco position in Greece. This remote opportunity within the dynamic Energy industry allows you to provide high-quality support to Eneco’s Dutch customer base while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere in Greece.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Eneco customers, managing inquiries related to energy usage, billing, and contracts.
• Provide expert advice on sustainable energy solutions and services offered by Eneco.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues regarding account management, meter readings, and tariff adjustments within the energy sector.
• Maintain detailed customer records and interactions within the CRM system to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate complex energy-related information clearly and empathetically to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on energy market trends and Eneco’s service offerings.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit to work in Greece.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a professional approach to customer support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high performance standards.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
