• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Stay updated about the latest smart home technology trends and product offerings to provide informed support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the technology or smart home sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot technical issues.
