Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a motivated Dutch Reservations Agent to join our team and work remotely from the beautiful country of Greece. This role involves handling reservations specifically for Booking.com clients, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the booking process. • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their Booking.com reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about hotel availability, rates, facilities, and promotions to assist clients in making decisions.
• Process reservation requests efficiently and ensure all details are correctly entered and confirmed.
• Resolve booking-related inquiries and issues with professionalism and care to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reservations using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on Booking.com policies, hotel offerings, and travel industry trends to provide the best guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (oral and written) with strong communication skills; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or working with Booking.com is preferred.
• Strong passion for travel and understanding of hotel industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full paid relocation support provided.
