Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite applications for the role of Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative. This fully remote position comes with a paid relocation package to Greece, offering a unique opportunity to work from an inspiring location while delivering exceptional service to Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients.

• Provide excellent customer support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, services, and company policies professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer communications accurately using CRM systems to support continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to client needs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed customer support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective team communication.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package and adapt to the local culture.
