As a key member of our support team, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support for their automotive needs.

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and troubleshooting issues.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues that require further expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
