In this critical role, you will expertly handle inbound inquiries regarding secure digital transactions, account management, online wallet features, and platform security—guaranteeing that every single touchpoint mirrors our uncompromising standards of elite financial service.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Duties

• Multichannel Client Engagement: Gracefully manage incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat messages from Dutch account holders, providing tailored, secure solutions in real-time.
• Technical Guidance & Support: Assist users in navigating digital wallet features, transaction logs, security settings, and platform tools with absolute clarity.
• CRM Documentation & Data Integrity: Meticulously record, update, and manage all client interactions, case details, and follow-up actions within our corporate CRM architecture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional support desks, risk operations, and technical back-office departments to swiftly resolve escalated or intricate financial cases.
• Exemplary Brand Stewardship: Uphold the absolute highest benchmarks of professional courtesy, trust, and precision that define a legendary, top-tier global fintech leader.

Qualifications

• Language Mastery: Flawless C1/C2 command of Dutch (both written and spoken) paired with a solid B2 professional working proficiency in English.
• Legal Residency: Current physical residence in Portugal backed by valid local working rights, NIF, and NISS credentials.
• Remote Workspace: A distraction-free home office environment equipped with a high-speed, reliable broadband internet connection.
• Preferred Experience: A proven background in client support, financial services, helpdesk environments, or e-commerce (previous exposure to fintech is considered a strong plus).
• Soft & Technical Skills: Exceptional active listening capabilities, natural empathy, strong multi-tasking skills across digital platforms, and a meticulous, highly organized approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Location: 100% Remote (Applicants must reside anywhere in Portugal)
• Language Requirements: Native/Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) & Professional English (B2)
• Compensation: Base Salary: €1,100 gross per month; Attendance Bonus: €80 gross per month; Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per day worked (loaded onto a dedicated meal card).
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Fixed schedule, no rotation, weekends completely off!).
