Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Remote Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about providing exceptional support to both customers and technicians.

As a Remote Service Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

• Dispatching service technicians efficiently throughout the day.
• Monitoring technician schedules and maximizing route efficiency.
• Coordinating same-day service opportunities and emergency calls.
• Communicating schedule updates with technicians and customers.
• Working closely with Customer Service Representatives and Operations leadership.
• Utilizing ServiceTitan to manage appointments, technician statuses, and job information.
• Maintaining accurate customer and job records.
• Assisting with schedule adjustments due to cancellations, delays, or emergency service requests.
• Providing outstanding customer service through clear, professional communication.
• Helping ensure daily productivity and operational goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience required, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.

Requirements

• Full-Time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
• 100% Remote.
• Must be located in FL or AL.
