Role Description

The Invoice Specialist role consists of:

• Requesting payment extensions
• Requesting expedited payments
• Follow up work with utility providers to ensure payments are posted correctly
• Eliminating any chance of disconnection of services for customers
• Requesting missing invoices
• Late fee removal
• Following up on disconnect notices
• Mailing address updates from utility providers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Requirements

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Strong Computer Skills
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Time management and organization
