Role Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals ready to take on new challenges. Our goal is to offer continuous support and resolve any issues that arise for our customers, 24/7.

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
• Speaking a third language, such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus.
• Skills to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, contributing to an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation.
• Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.
