Role Description

Provides technical support for end-users' desktop hardware and software issues. Troubleshoots, installs, and configures systems, supporting users remotely, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.

• Usually requires a degree in IT.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Strong communication skills - ready to take on lengthy, sometimes tedious phone conversations.
• Communicates well with leadership during times of need.
• Previous technical experience preferred - Point-of-Sale experience, Android experience, Payment devices, and other store-specific hardware.
• Previous Customer Service Experience.
• A good attitude and willingness to learn & grow.

Qualifications

• Technical experience with Point-of-Sale and Android systems.
