Role Description

Join our team of client-facing tech enthusiasts dedicated to delivering hands-on support and maintaining client systems for a diverse range of end users, including executive support. As Deskside Support, you're not just a problem solver – you're a technology hero.

• Test and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Identify and resolve issues with software upgrades, system images, and hardware deployments
• Tackle hardware and software dilemmas across a multitude of device types, both on-site and through remote support
• Showcase knowledge of popular operating systems and applications
• Collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners, such as Microsoft
• Recognize opportunities for modernization and automation
• Present innovative ideas to enhance the end-user experience and drive cost savings
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting XLA and SLA targets

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing IT support
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication skills including email, phone, and in-person

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (preferred)
