Role Description

As part of our Call Center team, you will:

• Maintain contact with residential clients to help find mutually acceptable solutions for settling their debts.
• Provide advice and select the most favorable payment schedule for clients, while monitoring payments.
• Communicate with clients in an understanding and respectful manner, as empathy and ethics are important values for us.
• Gain significant professional experience at Europe's largest and most recognized debt collection company in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma.
• Experience in client communication over the phone or in person.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs - Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to creatively approach various communication situations while remaining calm and respectful in conflict situations.
• Desire for personal development and learning new things.

Requirements

• Financial service intermediary authority exam is a plus, but not required as we support training and exam acquisition.
