Role Description

Are you a Danish speaker living in Lithuania (or planning to move soon)? Do you love helping people discover new destinations and creating seamless travel experiences? We are looking for Danish-speaking Travel Consultants to join our international team! This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Lithuania while supporting travelers from across the Nordic region.

• Expert Travel Support: Assist Danish-speaking customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complex travel itineraries.
• Multichannel Communication: Engage with travelers via phone, email, and chat to provide high-quality service and resolve inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Handle changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
• Tech-Savvy Service: Use global distribution systems and internal tools to manage bookings efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fluent or Native-level Danish speaker with a solid B2 level of English.
• You are already living in Lithuania or are willing to relocate at your own expense.
