Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with product information, warranty claims, and troubleshooting appliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical and logistics departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided in the CRM system.
• Identify common customer issues and provide feedback to improve products and services.
• Stay informed about the latest appliance products and company policies to deliver informed assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or appliance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge related to appliances is a plus.
