[Hiring] Danish-speaking Customer Advisor for Fashion Brand @Next Job Abroad

Role Description

Imagine living in Greece – close to the sea, sunshine and Mediterranean culture – while working fully remote for an international fashion & lifestyle e-commerce brand. On behalf of our client, we are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a remote team supporting customers across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to combine a stable international role with the freedom of working from home in Greece.

Your role includes:

• Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
• Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries
• Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
• Work closely with an international, remote team

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (written & spoken)
• Very good English
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping
• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Good technical understanding and computer skills
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate
