Operating from your home anywhere in Greece, you will serve as the primary concierge for Danish owners and enthusiasts of high-performance vehicles. You will manage the intersection of cutting-edge automotive technology, digital mobility services, and elite customer care.

The Role: Digital Concierge & Technical Liaison

As a Brand Ambassador, you represent the pinnacle of automotive engineering. Your objective is to provide seamless, premium-tier solutions that mirror the quality of the vehicles themselves.

Executive Responsibilities:

• Premium Client Relations: Act as the dedicated point of contact for Danish-speaking clients regarding vehicle functionalities, telematics (connected car apps), and bespoke service requests.
• Technical Product Advisory: Guide owners through the sophisticated digital ecosystem of modern luxury vehicles, including navigation systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and remote software updates.
• Mobility Solutions: Coordinate roadside assistance and mobility services with precision and empathy, ensuring that the client's journey is never interrupted.
• Cross-Channel Communication: Manage high-priority interactions via phone, email, and live messaging with a sophisticated and professional Danish vernacular.
• CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records within global database systems, ensuring that every customer interaction contributes to a personalized, lifelong brand relationship.

Qualifications

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native (C1/C2) Danish is mandatory. You must possess a refined written and spoken style. Professional English (B2) is required for internal corporate communication.
• Service Ethos: A natural affinity for luxury service standards and the ability to handle high-profile clients with discretion and poise.
• Digital Fluency: Comfort navigating complex software environments and a genuine interest in the future of automotive technology (EV, AI, and Connectivity).
• Self-Operational Excellence: The discipline to maintain peak performance and professional focus in a 100% remote setting.
• Experience: While a background in automotive, luxury hospitality, or premium tech support is advantageous, we offer an Elite Product Academy to fully certify candidates on the brand's specific systems.
