Role Description

This is a remote position for a Danish Speaking International Telephone Market Research Interviewer based in Denmark (Homeworkers).

GDCC is a company that conducts telephone surveys in various countries and is one of the largest players in market research across Europe.

We are currently seeking skilled telephone interviewers in a range of languages and across various shifts. Calls are made to businesses and the general public in many countries and in the local language.

If you have experience with telephone interviews (calls to businesses or consumers), we would love to hear from you to add you to our team of talented interviewers. The work does not involve sales; we only conduct confidential market research.

If you do not have prior experience in market research, we provide full training for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish at a high level
• Strong communication skills and highly motivated
• Speaks and writes English at a level sufficient for communication with the team
• Has a quiet working environment
• Good keyboard skills
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Resides in Denmark
• Has a PayPal account

Requirements

• Experience in call center: 1 year (preferred)
• Education: GCSE or equivalent (required)
