Role Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Electric Vehicle Manufacturer. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to electric vehicles, charging solutions, and customer service.

Your fluency in Czech will be essential for effectively addressing customer questions, providing information on vehicle features, and offering support throughout the purchasing process. As part of our dedicated team, you will help enhance customer satisfaction and promote the adoption of sustainable transportation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about electric vehicle specifications, features, and pricing
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing options and available incentives
• Support customers with post-purchase questions and issues related to vehicle usage
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and new developments in electric vehicle technology

Qualifications

• Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sustainable transportation
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or technology sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Genuine interest in electric vehicles and eagerness to assist customers in their transition to sustainable mobility
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
