Role Description

We are currently welcoming applications for a Customer Support Travel Advisor role from individuals who enjoy assisting others and working in a service-focused environment. In this position, you will help clients organize vacation arrangements, respond to planning questions, and support them as they prepare for upcoming leisure travel experiences.

This role is ideal for applicants who like communication-based work, staying organized across multiple requests, and learning about destinations while working within a flexible remote structure. Training resources and ongoing team support are available.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with coordinating trip components such as airfare, hotels, cruises, and activity reservations
• Provide helpful suggestions based on traveler interests and planning goals
• Respond to client questions throughout the trip preparation process
• Maintain communication through email, messaging tools, and phone when appropriate
• Work alongside supplier partners to confirm reservation details
• Keep itinerary information accurate within internal coordination platforms
• Stay current on destination highlights, travel updates, and promotional opportunities
• Assist travelers during multiple stages leading up to departure

Qualifications

• Interest in customer support within a travel coordination environment
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client requests in an organized manner
• Comfortable working independently in a remote workspace
• Familiarity with basic computer tools and online navigation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region
