Role Description

Sun Sun Trading is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a full-time, remote position based in Dallas. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services in the construction industry.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
• Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer needs
• Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend process improvements
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work
• Familiarity with the construction industry or building materials is preferred
• Experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
