Role Description

We are looking for organized, personable, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Specialists. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, researching information, and providing dependable customer service from a remote environment.

In this role, you will assist clients by learning about their individual needs, priorities, schedules, preferences, and budgets. You will research and compare available options using online resources, organize information, communicate recommendations, and help coordinate arrangements based on each client's requests.

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients
• Respond to questions and new inquiries
• Schedule client consultations
• Gather and organize necessary client information
• Research available options using online resources and systems
• Compare features, pricing, and other relevant information
• Prepare customized recommendations
• Assist clients with reservations and arrangements
• Review confirmation information for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records
• Communicate updates and important information
• Follow up with clients throughout the process
• Complete ongoing training as required
