Role Description

Are you a strong communicator with excellent written English and a talent for solving problems? We're looking for highly organized Customer Support Specialists to assist our customers via email and coordinate projects.

In this role, you'll:

• Manage customer orders and project requests from submission through delivery
• Communicate with customers via email and provide timely updates on the status of their requests
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Track multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Investigate issues, gather information, and help identify the best possible solution for customers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer requests
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Benefits

• $6 - $7 USD per hour (depending on experience)
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Fully remote opportunity (Philippines only)
