Role Description

We are currently expanding our team and seeking dependable, service-driven individuals for the role of Customer Support Coordinator. In this position, you will assist clients by organizing travel details, reviewing reservation options, and helping ensure trip arrangements are accurate from the planning stage through confirmation. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing multiple details at once, and providing consistent support throughout the travel coordination process in a flexible remote environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist clients with organizing travel plans based on their preferences and timelines
• Review and compare available accommodations, transportation options, and destination services using approved booking resources
• Share clear and accurate information to help clients make informed travel decisions
• Respond to client questions and service requests through phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Track itinerary updates and assist with reservation adjustments when needed
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and booking details
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and team collaboration opportunities
