• Provide L1 customer support through chat, email, and calls;
• Assist customers with product-related questions and “how-to” requests;
• Handle payout and transaction status inquiries;
• Provide guidance on subscription-related questions;
• Identify and escalate recurring or more complex technical issues to the appropriate team;
• Use the knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent French & English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
• At least 6 months of experience in customer and technical support role is a must;
• Experience with CRM systems;
• Experience handling customer issues in a ticket-based support environment across multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat;
• Ability to learn and follow precise procedures;
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 16Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 45 Mbps–download and 20 Mbps–upload).

Requirements

• Prior technical support experience with time and attendance software or workforce management (WFM) systems (beyond end-user experience) will be a great plus;
• Salesforce experience will be a great plus.
