Role Description

As a Customer Support Consultant at Sendcloud, you’re more than a problem-solver; you’re a guide, a coach, and sometimes even a tech magician for our customers. Every day, you’ll help our B2B e-commerce customers navigate a variety of challenges, including:

• Software questions
• Shipping logistics
• Financial matters

You’ll interact with customers across multiple channels, including:

• Calls
• Chats
• Tickets

Ensure every interaction is professional, helpful, and human. You empower customers to make confident decisions, transforming them into true shipping experts.

Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but curiosity and mindset are prioritized
• Great communication skills
• Thrives on learning and takes ownership of mistakes
• Ability to think on your feet and juggle multiple tasks
• Positive and energetic approach to challenges
• Willingness to work full-time for 40 hours a week
• Based in Zagreb

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:45 to 17:30
