[Hiring] Customer Support Associate @Junction

Role Description

Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. Our mission is simple but ambitious: use health data to unlock unprecedented insight into human health and disease.

As part of our Tier 1 team, you will:

• Own customer issues from start to solution.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues methodically.
• Support customers across their full journey, from onboarding through ongoing troubleshooting.
• Run a high-volume operational queue.
• Triage, prioritize, and escalate tickets.
• Call labs, mobile phlebotomy vendors, and other service providers directly.
• Communicate with clarity and care.
• Work across teams to unblock issues quickly.
• Build the knowledge base by documenting what you learn.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of support experience at a B2B2C SaaS company, ideally in a structured support environment.
• Hands-on in identifying, reproducing, and resolving customer-reported issues.
• Experience working at a small or mid-size company.
• Ability to thrive in a busy queue and take pride in closing tickets well and quickly.
• Calm, empathetic, and accurate communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Proactive in building better processes for repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or diagnostics, or familiarity with APIs (nice to have, but not required).
• Interest in the problems we’re solving and a willingness to contribute.
