Role Description

This role involves providing customer support for German-speaking customers in the areas of product selection and post-purchase service.

• Handle inquiries through written channels and phone calls
• Follow support workflows, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams for complex cases
• Contribute to updates of support documentation based on recurring issues
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls
• Guide customers during product selection based on needs, preferences, and budget constraints
• Provide product information, usage instructions, and order-related clarifications
• Share delivery status, order updates, and next steps in a clear, structured format
• Manage after-sales requests (warranty cases, missing parts) and track progress to resolution
• Escalate non-standard cases to internal teams and follow up until closure

Qualifications

• German C2 (written and spoken)
• English C1 Advanced minimum
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

Requirements

• Freelance B2B setup required: ability to invoice through a freelancer structure
• Availability for rotating shifts within 08:00–24:00 Germany time (shifts to be defined)
• Previous experience in customer support mandatory
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable task ownership
• Legal right to work as a self-employed contractor from a European country (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit)
