[Hiring] Customer Support Advocate @Wonolo

Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Advocate to work with Wonolo’s Wonoloer Operations team. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and you will provide contractual services to Wonolo’s Wonoloer Operations team.

In this role, you will provide a welcoming and professional customer support experience to our users whether through email, chat, or phone call.

What you'll do:

• Become an expert with our applications.
• Learn our product from a functional perspective.
• Help our customers with their questions and address their problems and concerns.

Qualifications

• Proactive and hardworking attitude.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
• Dedication to addressing customer concerns and meeting deadlines.
• Capability to attend training and nesting (30-day trial) schedule.
• Ability to render at least 40 hours of work per week after the trial period.

Requirements

• Ensure a quiet working environment with minimum distraction.
• Have a noise-reduction headset.
• Possess a fully functioning computer/laptop.
• Maintain an internet connection of at least 15 mbps with backup.
• Attend online training and nesting to become knowledgeable on Wonolo’s platform.
• Pass the four-week Nesting/Probation period and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
