Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Advocate to work with Wonolo’s Wonoloer Operations team. You will provide a welcoming and professional customer support experience to our users whether through email, chat, or phone call.

What you'll do:

  • Become an expert with our applications.
  • Learn our product from a functional perspective.
  • Help our customers with their questions and address their problems and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proactive and hardworking attitude.
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Positive mindset to work with the team to meet daily goals.
  • Dedication to addressing customer concerns and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to attend training and nesting (30-day trial) schedule.
  • Willingness to render at least 40 hours of work per week after the trial period.

Requirements

  • Quiet working environment with minimum distraction.
  • Noise-reduction headset.
  • Fully functioning computer/laptop.
  • Internet connection of at least 15 mbps with backup.
  • Attend online training and nesting to become knowledgeable on Wonolo’s platform.
  • Pass the four-week Nesting/Probation period and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
