[Hiring] Customer Success Specialist @Computershare

Role Description

This is a seasonal role expected to run from November 2nd through April 2027. Training and working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:30 am to 6:00pm ET.

Our Customer Success Specialists are at the heart of our contact center where your mission is simple: deliver high quality, empathetic and exceptional service that makes a difference in people’s lives.

• From routine account updates to complex and time-sensitive transactions.
• Use interpersonal and problem-solving skills – supported by technology – to solve a variety of inquiries from clients’ valued shareholders.

Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to build trust, accuracy, and high attention to detail will be essential to your success.

Requirements

• The base rate for this role is $20 per hour.
