YDay - Think Academy is hiring a remote Customer Success Specialist. 💸 Salary: $20-25/hour + commission 📍Location: China
Role Description
本岗位为售后服务岗位，服务对象为已报名学生及家长，不涉及陌生电话销售或地推。
- 服务：负责已报名学生及家长的日常服务，及时回复咨询，解决学习过程中的问题，为家长提供专业支持。
- 跟进：跟进学生学习情况和家长需求，协助处理课程安排、调课、请假等学习支持工作，保障学习体验。
- 客诉：妥善处理家长反馈及客诉问题，耐心沟通、协调相关团队推动问题解决，维护良好的客户关系。
- 协作：记录并整理用户反馈，与教学、运营团队紧密协作，持续优化服务流程和用户体验。
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，普通话表达流畅。
- 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练使用英语进行口头及书面沟通，处理英文邮件、文档及客户咨询。
- 有客服、班主任、教务、学习服务等相关经验者优先，有教育行业经验更佳。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识和责任心，能够耐心处理家长咨询及客诉问题。
Requirements
- 每周工作5天，共40小时（轮休），需配合周末及法定节假日排班。
Benefits
- 薪资：$20-25/小时 + 提成。
