Role Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Meister, you'll engage with a portfolio of customers across the DACH region to build meaningful, long-term relationships and manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to renewal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer success within B2B SaaS.
• Practical experience overseeing the customer lifecycle and understanding key customer success best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken German alongside C2-level English.
• Proactive, builder-oriented mindset for contributing to customer success strategies.
• Comfortable analyzing customer health metrics and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and digitization initiatives.
• Practical project management experience.
• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile frameworks.

Requirements

• Ability to engage and inspire customers in both German and English.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights.
• Experience in structuring customer success plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
