[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Remote World

Role Description

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale customer relationship. You will drive product adoption, retention, and expansion by ensuring customers realise full value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them to early success milestones.
• Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and health reviews.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Proactively manage at-risk customers and reduce churn.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer success or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar).
• Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Self-organised and effective in a remote environment.
