Role Description

This is a field-based position in Denmark.

Customer Success Lead – Memora

We're hiring the first person whose whole job is to make our customers successful. You'll be the face of Memora after the contract is signed, and you'll be just as comfortable in data sifting as you are walking a cemetery with its leader. You take a customer and their team onto Memora.

The Why

• Cemeteries are run by people who care deeply about their work and have done it the same way for a long time.
• Switching from legacy is an important process for them, and most of what makes it hard is technical.
• Decades of records, paper maps, spreadsheets that only one person understands.

The What

• Onboard from old systems.
• Work with the customers on their data, bring it into Memora and check it until they trust it.
• Run the tooling.
• Set up organisations, multi cemeteries, stakeholders, roles and permissions.
• Configure maps, sections and filters.
• Be on the ground.
• Own the relationship.
• Work closely with engineering.

The Toolkit

• Our platform: mobile apps, admin apps, internal setup tools, and tooling.
• Data: CSV and Xlxs, data cleaning and mapping, import tooling, basic SQL is a plus.
• Maps: cemetery maps and GIS files (we use QGIS and GeoPackage).
• Day to day: Jira, Confluence, Slack, and AI platform tools to speed up the dull parts.

Qualifications

• Several years in implementation, technical onboarding, solutions or customer success for a software product.
• Hands-on with data: migrated customers between systems, cleaned messy spreadsheets, and spotted discrepancies.
• Quick learner of new tools and enjoys understanding system mechanics.
• Confident on site and in a room, making users feel at ease.
• Organised and calm with multiple customers, stakeholders and plans running simultaneously.
• Fluent Danish, comfortable working in English.

Requirements

• Experience with public-sector, church or municipal customers, or other cautious buyers.
• Some SQL, scripting, or comfort with APIs and integrations.
• Experience with GIS, maps or location data.
• Experience offboarding customers from legacy software.
