Role Description

This role involves supporting customers and driving success for Building Swell products and features.

• Serve as the go-to authority for customers, guiding them through their journey with Building Swell products.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement.
• Use analytics and customer interaction data to drive strategies for customer success and retention.

Qualifications

• Based in the Toronto, ON area and studying in the AEC field.
• Clear, concise writing and note-taking; comfortable speaking with customers.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn how prefab shops actually work.
• Kind and curious—always open to learning from colleagues, clients, and the industry.
