[Hiring] Customer Success Data Specialist @Kadince

Role Description

The Customer Success Data Specialist will support Kadince customers through historical data imports, ongoing data updates, Catch URLs, API, and Data Tools training. Key responsibilities include:

• Completing or overseeing 100% of customer data imports.
• Ensuring all Usage Projects include clear scope, documentation, and notes in Salesforce.
• Keeping all data-related resources and articles up-to-date.
• Planning and presenting Customer team training on best data import practices.
• Meeting with new Kadince customers to walk them through data imports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working with data, ideally in the financial services industry.
• Proactive problem-solver with a desire to support customers.
• Compassionate and empathetic individual.
• Self-starter who is open to feedback and accountability.
• Desire to continually improve listening and teaching skills.

Requirements

• Ability to work around the schedules of team members and customers.
• Flexibility to work remotely and change locations as needed.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps download and 1-2 Mbps upload.
